I am contemplating a short trip to Vegas to re-energize my batteries before the long and cold Canadian winter but I am just concerned about the food. Every time I go I really have a hard time finding decent food choice on or around the strip. A RAW place would be ideal but I am not asking for that much, anything vegetarian, vegan, juice bars or similar would be great...any suggestion?

i have not had the pleasure of going to las vegas, but i usually check the happy cow website for restaurant options when i'm not familiar with an area i'm traveling to :)

have fun!
Maybe chowhound.com will be of help.
I always lose the will to live when I do flights to Vegas - urghh! But if you want to holiday there, check this out: http://www.gorawcafe.com/
The big garish shopping malls have lots of juice stands too. You can gatecrash most of the big hotels for their breakfast/brunch buffet (for a large fee) and they are normally packed with fruit.
there is a raw place in Vegas, i didn't find it when I went cause my family wouldn't come. I did manage to stick to salads in most places and was surprised by the choice.
