Strawberry Bliss Sundae

Servings:

This is so delicious, I make it every day! I always have frozen strawberries in the freezer. Tastes like strawberry sorbet with white chocolate, and the crunchy sugar is perfect. Satisfies any ice cream craving. Perfect for the holidays as well.

Green Lizard

Servings:
2 medium serves

Like liquid sunshine :). This is my favourite, easiest green smoothie , but inot one I have seen posted.
The taste is always good but with best ingredients it's brilliant. We make it every morning in my house and I am so addicted that, about six months ago, on holidays in Albany in South Western Australia I asked Trish at the local gourmet cafe - Bay Merchants - if she could make one for me. She surpassed herself, tasted it - and a few months later, when I returned, it was on the menu.
So credit for the name goes to her, as well as credit for offering a genuine green smoothie to the local 'foodies'.

Mango Divine Smoothie

Servings:
2 servings

This is a rich and creamy smoothie. Enjoy! Note that we recommend that you avoid commercially frozen mango as it is often blanched before freezing to increase shelf-life. Blanching destroys many of the mango's valuable nutrients! www.RawFusionStore.com

Servings:
1 large or several small

Very simple (after de-seeding the pomegranate) and tastes out of this world. Great fall and winter juice.

Raisin and Sweet Cereal

Servings:
Up to 6 bowls

The cereal is perfect for people are picky or love to eat sweetened cereals. The cereal will provide pleasant tasting for breakfast.

Resources: A friend of mine gave me that recipe. my recipe is little bit different than hers. Hers is two time size what I am making. She use dates and a lot of maple syrup as sweetener and pears as a fruit. She did not use cinnamon.
